The Antler
A single hand-carved Rams Horn, set on an invisible ring band. A bold, broad statement piece.
One of her earliest pieces, JM hand carved a full Rams Horn and Skull, before deciding the curve of of one of the elegant horns would make an interesting hand piece. After some experimentation, she halved the piece and set the rounded horn on an unconventional ring band, that curves under the piece at an angle, so as to sit snuggly on the finger, and not interfere with the detail of the horn itself, appearing invisible from above.
A bold statement piece, tactile to the touch and unmissable on the hand, as with all of TER's pieces, it maintains an elegance in its fine lines and curves, and is brought to life in a high polish. Despite it's size, it sits remarkably well on delicate hands.
Designed slightly larger in size, to be worn on the index or middle fingers.
